NWI Board of Directors President, and Co-Founder and CEO of Preventia Group, LLC, Brian Schroeder assisted more than 1,000 families in the Indianapolis area last week, in a campaign aimed at ending food insecurity.
Volunteers distributed a box of healthy food to American families in need, as the first top in the campaign. A local food pantry and church, Shepherd Community Center, also aided food distribution by acting as a drive through. The campaign was funded through the CARES Act through grants with the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

“Many people have lost their job, many people just can’t afford good quality food, and these boxes are directly from farmers,” said Susan Rider, COO and Head of Sales for Preventia Group. “They’re all nutritious ingredients from dairy products… to fruits and vegetables… and different things in that nature.”
