Kyle Dell, a junior Exercise Science major at Central College in Pella, IA, has created a series of short and affective workout routines perfect to try during social distancing mandated by COVID-19.
The first installment of the series, is a cardio workout that makes use of circuit training intervals and speed to give viewers the physical activity they need to stay healthy.
Looking for options other than cardio? Kyle recommends Yoga with Adriene: a YouTube channel that offers free yoga videos for people with all ranges of skill levels. There are routines of differing lengths ,depending on your time available, as well.
Kyle and NWI want to remind everyone to do your own research before starting any program, especially if there is a fee involved.
