Kyle Dell, a junior Exercise Science major at Central College in Pella, IA, has created a series of short workout routines perfect to try during social distancing mandated by COVID-19.
The final installment of the series promotes total body strength by targeting every muscle group, ensuring better health during Safer at Home.
