Their program focuses on physical, emotional, financial, occupational, and social wellness. They offer discounts on gym memberships and fitness classes, a walking trail on their campus, and a championship softball team made up of their staff. They offer free annual biometric screening so employees and their spouses will “know their numbers” to better understand their health. In addition, they run multiple wellness challenges throughout the year and only offer healthy food options on site.
Emotional wellness is important to this company and their managers are trained to provide and recognize proper work/life integration. Financial wellness is also a focus. They offer budgeting, investment classes, tools, and seminars to help their employees with future planning. Social wellness includes team bonding every quarter, including kayaking, bowling, cookouts, and more.
