Kyle Dell, a junior Exercise Science major at Central College in Pella, IA, has created a series of short workout routines perfect to try during social distancing mandated by COVID-19.

The third installment of the series is a routine that includes stretches that improve flexibility–ideal after long days at the desk when working from home or when in need of a break from virtual schoolwork.
