The Medical Fitness Association has announced they will hold a webinar providing guidelines on how to safely open gym and fitness centers amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fitness centers exist in the space between the benefits that exercise and movement provide on one’s wellness, and the dangers of coronavirus community spread. The webinar will provide guidelines to owners, employees, and the public on how to stay safe while reaching for wellness through physical activity, and will address safety and hygiene controls, practical guidance from a business owner’s perspective, member safety, and how to deal with high-risk populations.
